Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions

Talented and proven candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, but will likely have either institutional M&A experience with an investment banking firm or have led the M&A team for a large corporate acquiror. This position is located in Roseville, CA.

Qualifications in the VP we are looking for include:

Proven track record of success, both as an individual contributor
and as a leader of teams
Minimum of 5 years at the Associate or VP level of an
investment banking or private equity firm
MBA or equivalent
Exceptional persuasive and interpersonal communication skills;
both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage processes to definitive timelines

Solid transaction experience and outstanding financial analysis skills
The experience and ability to lead, train and mentor Associates

Self-motivated to drive the growth of the business; strong business development / sales abilities

As a VP, you will work as a generalist, supporting transactions across a range of industries. We are looking for candidates with solid transaction experience who can lead deal teams to deliver optimal results for our clients.

The VP will also be responsible for the development and nurturing of client relationships and structuring financial transactions in strategic advisory services, including both buy-side and sell-side M&A activities.
