DCA Capital Partners announces the close of its equity capital investment into Valley Healthcare Systems, Inc.

Growth capital will allow leading nurse staffing firm to expand its market presence in CA and the broader U.S.

Roseville, CA – October 17, 2005 — DCA Capital Partners, a Roseville–based private equity fund formed to invest in later–stage, growth companies in the Sacramento/Central Valley and the Southwest, is pleased to announce the close of its equity investment into Valley Healthcare Systems, Inc. (VHS). VHS, based in Sacramento, CA, is a leading provider of healthcare staffing services focused on providing nursing resources to hospitals and other healthcare organizations throughout California. The proceeds of the financing will be used primarily to further enhance their service offering to nurses, aggressively expand their hiring of recruiters and enhance their relationships with the hospital community within CA as well as across the U.S.
